Originally a 4BHK layout, this home was reimagined and converted into a spacious 3BHK to suit the lifestyle of a family of three. The design was centered around creating an open, connected environment where visibility and flow were key.

The client’s brief was to have the entire home visible from the kitchen a rare and personal request that shaped the core of the design. To achieve this, a strategic slit opening was introduced, allowing clear sightlines across the bedrooms, while an open kitchen layout ensures a seamless connection to the living areas.

The interiors feature neatly panelled walls and a clean, refined aesthetic. Each room carries its own identity defined through unique materials and finishes, such as mosaic tiling on the kitchen flooring, wooden patti panelling in the rooms, and Duco paint finishes for a sleek, polished look.
